There was a point for me where I was trying SO HARD to make keto work, but just couldn’t help but repeat over and over to myself, “Keto is not working. Keto is NOT working.” So I quit! Ha ha. Just kidding about eating junk instead!! What I’m trying to say is, there’s an EASIER ALTERNATIVE to keto. It’s called the MADE Diet!
